SPAGHETTI BOLOGNESE (NEW!)

Preparation Method

  1. In a hot pan,drizzle some vegetable oil.Put in the burger patty, pan-seared for 3 minutes each side with medium heat. After cooking,chop it or crush it and set  aside.
  2. In a pot, drizzle some vegetable oil. Add in carrot,celery & leek and saute it until fragrant (2-3minutes).
  3. Add in Ultimeat Burger Patty & tomato paste, stir fry together for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add in Tomato Puree,water and all the ingredients.
  5. Cook & Simmer for 8-15 minutes until the sauce is slightly thicken.Taste the sauce.
  6. Serve on top of Tricolour pasta,garnish with Basil leaves. Eat immediately while it’s hot.

  • 2 pcs Ultimeat Burger Patty
  • 2 cups cooked calrose rice
  • Toasted Sesame
  • Toasted Seaweed
  • Plant-based Mozzarella/Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Gluten-Free Flour
  • 1 tbsp Corn Flour
  • 1 cup Of Crystal Water
  • 50 gm Gluten Free Panko
  • 10 gm Cabbage Shredded
  • Furikake (optional, for taste)

 

Bolognese Sauce

  • 300 gm Tomato Puree
  • 40 gm Tomato Paste
  • Vegetable Oil
  • 1 cup Crystal Water
  • 2 pcs Ultimeat Burger Patty
  • 20 gm minced Leek
  • 80 gm diced carrot
  • 50 gm diced celery
  • ½ tsp Himalayan Pink Rock Salt
  • 2 tsp Cane Sugar
  • 1 tsp mushroom seasoning
  • ⅓ coarse crushed black pepper
  • 8 gm of Fresh Basil (optional)
  • ¼ Italian mix herb (optional)
  • Oregano (optional)
  • Thyme (optional)
