Ingredients
- 2 pcs Ultimeat Burger Patty
- 2 cups cooked calrose rice
- Toasted Sesame
- Toasted Seaweed
- Plant-based Mozzarella/Cheddar Cheese
- 2 tbsp Gluten-Free Flour
- 1 tbsp Corn Flour
- 1 cup Of Crystal Water
- 50 gm Gluten Free Panko
- 10 gm Cabbage Shredded
- Furikake (optional, for taste)
Preparation Method
- Place a burger patty on bottom.Then put in shredded cheese on top.Place another burger patty on top as finishing. Pressure every edge & sides to make sure it is tightly sealed.
- Coat in the batter.Then coated with Panko.Make sure it is well coated.
- Deep fry @160c for 5-7 mins until golden brown
- Place on top of Japanese Rice seasoned with “Furikake”.Garnish with shredded cabbage.
- Ready to serve.
