GOLDEN CHEESY PANKO HAMBURG STEAK

Ingredients

  • 2 pcs Ultimeat Burger Patty
  • 2 cups cooked calrose rice
  • Toasted Sesame
  • Toasted Seaweed
  • Plant-based Mozzarella/Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Gluten-Free Flour
  • 1 tbsp Corn Flour
  • 1 cup Of Crystal Water
  • 50 gm Gluten Free Panko
  • 10 gm Cabbage Shredded
  • Furikake (optional, for taste)

 

Preparation Method

  1. Place a burger patty on bottom.Then put in shredded cheese on top.Place another burger patty on top as finishing. Pressure every edge & sides to make sure it is tightly sealed.
  2. Coat in the batter.Then coated with Panko.Make sure it is well coated.
  3. Deep fry @160c for 5-7 mins until golden brown
  4. Place on top of Japanese Rice seasoned with “Furikake”.Garnish with shredded cabbage.
  5. Ready to serve.
