Ingredients
- 2 pcs Ultimeat Burger Patty
- 2 cups cooked calrose rice
- Toasted Sesame
- Toasted Seaweed
- Plant-based Mozzarella/Cheddar Cheese
- 2 tbsp Gluten-Free Flour
- 1 tbsp Corn Flour
- 1 cup Of Crystal Water
- 50 gm Gluten Free Panko
- 10 gm Cabbage Shredded
- Furikake (optional, for taste)
Classic Sauce
- 5gm Ketchup
- 29gm Vegan mayonaisse
- 2gm Mustard, Yellow/Grain
- Onion powder, garlic powder (Optional, to taste)
Caramelized leeks
- Leeks
- Brown sugar
Preparation Method
- Cook the Ultimeat burger patties in a skillet for 3-4 minutes on medium heat (180 degrees C)
- Spread margarine on each bun before toasting it until golden brown
- Starting with the bottom bun, lay a piece of vegan cheddar cheese slice
- Add a piece of iceberg lettuce and some tomato slices
- Place the Ultimeat Plant-based burger patty on top, and spoon a generous amount of classic sauce
- Place a few pickles and spoon a generous amount of of caramelized leeks on top
- Top it all off with a burger bun. Enjoy!
