CLASSIC-STYLE BURGER

Ingredients

  • 2 pcs Ultimeat Burger Patty
  • 2 cups cooked calrose rice
  • Toasted Sesame
  • Toasted Seaweed
  • Plant-based Mozzarella/Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Gluten-Free Flour
  • 1 tbsp Corn Flour
  • 1 cup Of Crystal Water
  • 50 gm Gluten Free Panko
  • 10 gm Cabbage Shredded
  • Furikake (optional, for taste)

 

Classic Sauce

  • 5gm Ketchup
  • 29gm Vegan mayonaisse
  • 2gm Mustard, Yellow/Grain
  • Onion powder, garlic powder (Optional, to taste)

Caramelized leeks

  • Leeks
  • Brown sugar

Preparation Method

  1. Cook the Ultimeat burger patties in a skillet for 3-4 minutes on medium heat (180 degrees C)
  2. Spread margarine on each bun before toasting it until golden brown
  3. Starting with the bottom bun, lay a piece of vegan cheddar cheese slice
  4. Add a piece of iceberg lettuce and some tomato slices
  5. Place the Ultimeat Plant-based burger patty on top, and spoon a generous amount of classic sauce
  6. Place a few pickles and spoon a generous amount of of caramelized leeks on top
  7. Top it all off with a burger bun. Enjoy!
