  • Burger Buns                                          1 pc

  • Shredded Cheese                                 ½ cup
  • Mayonnaise                                           4 tbsp
  • Tomato Ketchup                                   2 tbsp
  • Mustard Sauce                                      1 tbsp
  • Lemon (cut into half & juiced)            20ml
  • Garlic Powder                                       1 tsp
  • Paprika Powder                                    ½ tsp
  • Salt & Pepper                                       to taste
  • Tomatoes (sliced)                                2 slices
  • Salad                                                     2-3 leaves
  • Onions (sliced)                                    Half onion


  1. Preheat the frying pan with some butter.
  2. Cook the Ultimeat® Plant Based Chicken style Burger Patty on both sides for at least 3 min each.
  3. Sprinkle some black pepper (optional)
  4. Add some shredded cheese and cook until the cheese melts.
  5. Lightly toast the burger buns and fry one egg sunny side up style.
  6. Add mayonnaise, ketchup, garlic powder, paprika, lemon juice & salt into a mixing bowl and stir well.
  7. Spread the burger sauce on the buns, followed by some salad, sliced tomatoes, sliced onions.
  8. Add the burger patty, egg and then another patty & lastly topped with the burger bun.
