Ingredients
- Blanching spaghetti 400 gm
- Ultimeat burger patty(chunked) 200 gm
- Carrot chopped 100 gm
- Celery chopped 100 gm
- Chopped peel tomato 200 gm
- Tomato paste 1 ½ tbsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Mix herbs ½ tsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Salt to taste 1 tsp
- Water ½ cup
- Sweet basil 5 strings
- Chopped parsley 1 tbsp
- Olive oil 4 tbsp
Directions
- Saute carrot celery with olive oil until caramelized.
- Put mix herbs and saute until fragrance.
- Add tomato paste & tomato chopped then continue with Ultimeat Plant-based Chicken Style burger patty(chunked)
- Pour some water add basil and season with salt, pepper & sugar
- Simmer 15-20 minute until the patty done.
- Served with blanching pasta
