  • 4 pcs of Ultimeat Plant-Based Chicken Style Burger Patty
  • 2 slices of American cheese
  • 1 larger burger bun, split
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise or plant-based mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce or ketchup
  • 2 tbsp chili sauce
  • 2 Tomato slices
  • 2 Onion slices


Step 1- Prep the Ultimeat patty

Place 2 pieces of Ultimeat patty side by side and lightly pound or press on the patties to flatten slightly. Cut 1 slice of cheese into 4 small squares and stack the squares. Place cheese squares in between both patties and tightly pinch the sides of patties together to seal the cheese within. Repeat with 2 other pieces of Ultimeat patty.

Step 2- Cooking the Ultimeat Plant-Based Chicken-Style Burger Patty

Pre-heat or non-stick pan to medium-high heat. Place patties on pan and cook to medium well until well-browned so that the cheese melts in the centre. It is common for patties to puff up due to the steam from the melting cheese. Flip the patties and prick the top to allow steam to escape.

Step 3- Assemble the burger

Spread mayonnaise, tomato sauce and chili sauce onto butter lettuce, tomato and onion slices. Place Ultimeat patties and place top of bun. Grip burger firmly with hands and savour the gooey goodness of the Ultimeat Juicy Cheesy Burger!
