  1. 2 pcs of Ultimeat Plant-Based Chicken Style Burger Patty
  2. 1 slice of pineapple
  3. 1 larger burger bun, split
  4. 1 tbsp softened butter
  5. ΒΌ cup teriyaki sauce
  6. 1 tbsp tomato sauce or ketchup
  7. 1 tbsp Sriracha or chili sauce
  8. 4 slices Swiss cheese
  9. 2 tbsp mayonnaise or plant-based mayonaise
  10. 2 slices tomato
  11. 2 slices iceberg lettuce


Step 1- Cooking the Ultimeat Plant-Based Chicken Style Burger Patty

Pre heat grill or non-stick pan to medium-high heat. Take 2 Ultimeat burger patties out of the pack and season with salt and pepper. Place separately on a grill or non-stick pan. Cook over medium-high heat for about 3 minutes on each side, flipping halfway through. Brush both sides with teriyaki sauce to finish cooking. Add 2 slices of Swiss cheese to each patty and finish cooking. Grill pineapple slice separately over medium heat. Remove from pan.

Step 2- Mix the Ultimeat Aloha sauce

Combine mayonnaise, tomato sauce and Sriracha in a bowl and mix well until blended. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3- Assemble the burger

Lightly toast or grill the burger buns. Spread the softened butter on both toasted sides. To assemble, place lettuce and tomato on the button of the bun, adding pickles and onions if needed.Stack one Ultimeat patty and a slice of pineapple on top of the vegetables. Top it off with the second Ultimeat patty and spread the Ultimeat Aloha sauce.
